Q. What are pheromones?
Pheromones are chemicals created and dispersed by the human body for the
purposes of communication.
Some communicate particular attributes about you (your genetics, health,
etc.), while others exist to deepen communication between people. Some
pheromones seem to directly communicate feelings and emotions.
Q. Can you smell pheromones?
Many pheromones in the raw do have an odor, some more subtle than others.
Pheromones like androstenone, most can smell once their noses are well
trained.
Gentler pheromones like androstenol are much more difficult to smell, but for
those sensitive enough to detect it, it has a very very light, beautiful scent.
You do not need to be able to consciously smell pheromones to respond to
them. Few people can consciously smell pheromones, but almost everyone can
feel pheromones.
For the few people who can consciously smell pheromones, we recommend
covering them with a nice fragrance. Some of our products already includes a
very light cover scent. Just strong enough to cover the pheromonal scent, and
enhance diffusion (the projection of the pheromones from your skin into the air
around you). Enhancing diffusion makes the pheromones work better.
Q. How are packages shipped?
Discretely in in plain looking bubble envelopes, from FedEx or DHL. The return address reads "APR", and nothing indicates what is inside for domestic shipments to the US.
For international shipments, we include the minimum description possible required by customers for your country.

delivery times?
For domestic shipments (US):

$6.95 FedEx Ground to anywhere in the US except AK, PR, HI. Free with orders over $60
$4.95 additional charge to AK, PR, HI
*Returned Items: In the event a package is returned for delivery failure, incorrect address, custom fees, or for any other reason not within the direct control of AndroticsDirect, the standard rate of shipping will be deducted from any and all refunds. This shall also include returned items covered by our guarantee, which only covers the items and not the shipping. This includes any order that qualified for FREE shipping.
IMPORTANT: Most packages go out within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is printed for processing. This does not imply your order has actually shipped, only that a tracking number has been assigned. Your order will still need to be processed.
For international shipments (outside US):
$19.95 DHL International to many locations, but some countries are higher. Overnight to most locations, 2 day to some. DHL
pushes packages through customs faster than postal services. DHL is completely insured
AND easily tracked.

Q. How do I pay by check or money
order?
Go through the checkout process as you would normally, if you add a credit
card. You'll be given the option to pay by check or money order at checkout.
Select it, and we'll give you the proper address and instructions to send the
check to.
That way, your order is already in the system, and can ship out immediately
after your check or money order clears. Be sure to clearly indicate who you are on your check, so we can find your order in the system.
Also be sure to make out international checks and money orders in US funds.
Your local bank or post office should have "international money orders"
available expressly for this purpose.
